Hello, I’m reaching out because on 02/22 I dropped off the order with the old navy denim jeans, and usually they start tracking next day. A few days went by and they did not start tracking. I ended up going to that post office on Friday the 02/25 and spoke with supervisor who basically was no help. The package is lost, and I will have to cancel the order. I apologize and I’m not sure if it will end up popping up and start tracking.
