i got in contact with posh mark customer service and they told me i needed to get in contact with you immediately.but the person I ordered these for are the incorrect size and they do not like the item that I have picked out. I am wondering if you can please cancel this order for me as it would help me a great deal and my feelings ate pretty crushed I would be wasting my money on something I have no use for.

Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size for the person I was buying boots for and apparently they completely dislike the kind of boots ive chosen here and Im crushed. I hope you can work with me and understand. I apologize.
