@pamkat1 hi! The palette arrived just fine and thanked you for the extra goodies. However, when I opened the palette, I was surprised to see that all the eyeshadows were used or swatched. I just went back to your original post, and you stated in one of the comments that none of the eyeshadows were touched. Could you be so kind as to explain what happened?

I'm totally confused - ALL were USED? I never touched them - and in my photos it's pretty clear. The mattes are smooth, and the only question someone had was that rose color at the end - and I re-took photos to show that it's flat, ie, never been used. So - you're saying they do not look like they do in my post?

Can you send me a picture? I don't know how this could have happened - I wrapped it and took pic, gave to my USPS person, and watched her scan it - then saw it was on it's way, so I don't see how someone could have opened it. I'm concerned.

@yantzisel thank you. The shimmery shades can *look* touched - like that rose one - but what I sent you is exactly what is in the pic, and in the pic - to me - none of them look touched, and none of them were touched.
