sisterssisters @yaraivi I have not yet run into this. I personally based on circumstances have refunded individuals for customer satisfaction however it wasn’t don’t thru an item being returned. It was just a personal decision.

tayloresgate @yaraivi A bundle is where you can add multiple items from someone's closet that you want to purchase and then you'll only have to pay shipping one time for all the items you purchase in that bundle. Plus a lot of sellers give major discounts when you buy multiple items at once. It's a really nice feature when you want to buy more than one thing from the same seller.

tayloresgate @yaraivi yeah it's kinda like another way to store your likes too. I'll add things to a bundle that I'm thinking of buying and sometimes see what the seller offers me as far as a discount and then decide if I want to buy, add items, or remove items. So for you, you can send them a message just letting them know if you'll give them a discount if they add more items to their bundle, or just let them know you're available if they want more information on the item.
