mel_sells73 Hi, you recently bought a pair of boots from me. I wrapped them in tissue paper, included a thank you note, shipped them in a box rather than a shipping bag so they wouldn’t get too beat up, and shipped them less than 24 hours after you bought them. You only gave me 4 of 5 stars with the comment “could improve”. Can I ask what else I could’ve done to get the full 5 stars?

mel_sells73 @yareliux I appreciate you asking, but I’m not sure you can. Just please be aware going forward that being overly critical of smaller sellers like me has a negative impact on our rating that we can’t easily recover from. Of course if someone sells you a purse in “excellent condition” and it’s falling apart in your hands when you receive it (which I actually had happen 🤦🏻‍♀️), feel free to blast away, lol.
