yayistheway3 @yarithza17 good deal! The paperwork is the original boxes w/ the names and #'s on them. Those don't have seperate paperwork like the plates. I will double check w/him 2 be sure if you'd like. 😊

yayistheway3 He says anything that was w them is in the box. He's going to double check as well however if you contact lladro directly and tell em the name and number on the box they can verify everything for ya. Sorry for any inconvienience and will let ya know if something didn't get packed along w so we can get it figured out asap 4 ya.

yarithza17 @yayistheway3 hello, so I do want to let you know after inspecting the "for me" piece we found a separation on the biw of the girl that looks like the piece was broken an glued back. Still debating if I'm going to have to return it.

yayistheway3 @yarithza17 could you do me a favor and send pics of it so we can see as we took pics as well and I'd like to compare. There was only one flaw in the whole set and that is put away here w us. I do understand however if you'd like to send them back however it wasn't cracked when sent. That would be something to take up w postal service as well due to it having been insured. I wanna apologize ahead of time for any inconvenience.

yayistheway3 It was also inspected by not just me but 4 others as well. Including the original owner. Everyone has said the same. It wasn't broken and the most common part to break on it is the flower which also had no flaws. Please send pics if ya will so we can all compare. He's not real happy at this point either considering the news. With 2mrw being labor day we won't get far i guess but we will get ahold of them asap.

yarithza17 @yayistheway3 I don't think the postal did the damage because of how the bow looks. It has too many gaps. Looks like IF someone glued it they were unable to bring the separation together.
