culturechic_ Hey so I’m not sure what happened with the package it’s been a week since I’ve dropped the package I have contacted both the Ups store which is where your package was dropped off and I have visited and contacted the post office where it was said to have been picked up. I’m sorry for the inconvenience I contacted Poshmark as well to inform them. I hope you receive it if not you will have your refund. Thank you for being so patient and understanding.

laurat2hnas I think there’s an issue with the location where the dress is sent. They tried delivering it yesterday but weren’t successful . Can you please check the tracking information

trechia521 @laurat2hnas hey I just got off the phone with the customer service , they didn’t actually attempt to deliver the package ., hence why I didn’t get a notice on my door. The explanation I got was that any package that says delivery attempted after 5pm means the carrier scanned the package just to have it in the system as delivered/attempt delivery for that day so it won’t appear as if THEY were late .

trechia521 I was assured that my package will be here today . And if not then I’m to schedule a re-delivery date. This happened once before with usps and I swore a neighbour stole my package, but I received it the next day as promised. But I’ll keep you updated. Happy new year 🥳
