hlgart Hi! I just received a reminder notice to ship your bundle. I shipped your items on Monday 10/12 so I don’t understand the delay with the postal service. I apologize for the delay but it is out of my hands now that the package is literally out of my hands! I will try to reach someone at the post office to find out what is going on.

hlgart @yavawn I figured it wouldn’t be scanned on Monday because of the holiday but by now it should’ve been. I didn’t have any luck with the post office but I did inform Posh that it was shipped but hasn’t started tracking. I’m very sorry for the delay-I always ship same or next day to keep my ratings high so I will keep on top of this!

hlgart According to the USPS there have been delays with shipments partly due to COVID but also because Monday was a government holiday. It’s also possible that it wasn’t scanned at the origin post office but will be once it reaches its destination. It’s very frustrating since I got your package ready to ship immediately and then can’t do anything else about getting more information for you about the tracking and PM has been sending me notifications to remind me to ship it! I hope it arrives soon!

hlgart Hi Yavawn! Have you gotten any shipping updates for your package yet? It still shows that it’s waiting shipment scan. It’s been 5 days and should’ve scanned by now so I will go to the post office 1st thing Monday morning and see if I can find out what’s going on.
