It arrived today at the distribution facility and it says it’s in transit to destination. Just letting you know the progress. I’m so sorry this is happening with your order. The racking keeps updating saying “in transit to destination” like, this is the third time. i’m so sorry this is happening i feel really bad. I refresh your tracking # every other hour to see if you got it. let me know and i’m sorry again.
