cbowden08 Yana, I wanted to let you know that the headphones are stuck and maybe lost, by the USPS. They were scheduled to be delivered on the 28th however the package has not moved since the 27th.

cbowden08 You are welcome, I called the USPS and was on hold for 154 min. I had three meetings left my phone on speaker, LOL. After all of them, I was still on hold. The rep informed me that the package has not moved or has not been re-scanned. She said there was nothing to do, it might be lost. If you can get any information please let me know thanks again for your time have a wonderful day.

surfkitten14 @cbowden08 Hi! I went to the post office and they said they were going to call the facility where it is being held. After they call and get their hands on it they’ll give me a call. Is there anyway you can apologize on my behalf. I am so sorry about this. I’ve never had this problem before.
