dreamer0824 @mgiles425 was I suppose to sign for the package maybe since I wasn’t home they didn’t get a signature and left but usually they leave a ups note where to pick the package up if I miss them.

mgiles425 @dreamer0824 its shipped through USPS, so the post office. They would need your signature on the package, so perhaps that's why it hasn't been delivered to you yet. They do usually leave a note though.

dreamer0824 @mgiles425 I called them ups. He told that they had holiday Wednesday they were closed so it might get redelivered today he also provided my local post office phone number, which I had no luck reaching. I’ll go there today myself better chance of getting information.

dreamer0824 @mgiles425 I went to my post office the worker said that the package is definitely not lost and that it’s either in their post office or another location but they are backed so it’s taking longer for it to be delivered to me. I asked why did it say it out for delivery on 12/4/18 he said it’s automatically does that when the post office receives the package but it wasn’t out for delivery on that day.

dreamer0824 @mgiles425 I asked for it he said it’s impossible to sort through everything it’s a mad house there. But it’s okay I have another bag I will use. I will send the paper to you shortly. He said by next week I should get it maybe even by Sunday. I’ll let you know as soon as I get it.

dreamer0824 @mgiles425 I still didn’t get package apparently they said they delivered it but they didn’t I rescheduled for today and didn’t receive anything. Something is definitely going on because I’m getting everything else expect this. I will go to post office on Wednesday again but maybe best to reach out to poshmark customer service and tell them what’s going on so they case file a claim again post office. Was there a description of the item on the package?

From the tracking it looks like they didn't attempt to deliver it today. Hopefully it will come tomorrow. Its ridiculous that it's taking them this long to deliver it 😠

dreamer0824 @mgiles425 Yes I agree and I never had such an issue before. It’s awful and you been so helpful. I wrote to poshmark last night and told them the entire story. But wanted to let you know you been extremely sweet and helpful and I hope I will receive it by today. Tomorrow I’m off so will go to the post office again and literally fight with them. I also got a notice that if I don’t pick up the package by 12/23 they will ship it back to you.

Yes, I used the shipping label Poshmark provided. Sounds good. Fingers crossed they dont give you any problems tomorrow and you're able to get your package.

dreamer0824 @mgiles425 I’m in the post office it’s a disaster I was in post office for over an hour. I’m gonna come back in hour while they look. They don’t know what they are talking about, saying it might still be on the delivery truck. But it’s Seems like they lost the package to be honest.

dreamer0824 @mgiles425 hi I went back the lady who helped me was super nice. She is saying that there could be a possible that the driver never physically came to deliver my package and just put that he delivered and I wasn’t there to sign it because he is very backed up with packages.

dreamer0824 She called the driver he told her he will deliver it tomorrow if it’s on his truck. I asked if he can check if it’s there and of course he couldn’t do that. I’m really tired and upset if I don’t get it by Saturday I’m done with going there and will just want a refund at this point. You been very helpful and supportive but this entire situation is messed up and caused a lot of stress for me.

dreamer0824 @mgiles425 yes the reply saying they looking into this and contacting Ups and to give them till today to look into everything but if I don’t hear back from them by today to contact them for the next steps. I’m losing hope but hope to still get the package by today tho I highly doubt it.

dreamer0824 @mgiles425 I will write to Poshmark tomorrow again. I’m understanding bc I know it wasn’t your fault and it’s unfair that your item was lost because the ups are complete idiots. They telling me completely wrong information and aren’t helpful at all. I’m really worried about ordering such items from this site moving forward, this was an expensive item and should have been shipped through fedex to void such issues like this.

Many said they never get packages going through them and the employees were rude and not helpful. I would be really careful with getting things delivered through that post office.

dreamer0824 @mgiles425 I never ever had issues getting any packages lived her for 7 years this is the first time and what’s soooo surprising to me is that it had to be on this idea. Very disappointed. That’s why I asked if you marked it what the item was on the package. Did Poshmark pay you ? Bc they aren’t getting back to me either. I wrote them back on Wednesday.

I read that sometimes it's easier to reach them on there, which is ridiculous. Surprisingly, I noticed Poshmark had reimbursed me. So fingers crossed I should get the money. Were you able to get refunded?

I want to figure out what happened to the package it’s unfair that ppl can steal a package and then get away with this bc I would know it’s impossible to find out what happened if it was left by my door and stolen, tho we do have cameras in my building as well, but that’s not the case. They never delivered it. And put false information under the tracking information. Gave me hell when I went to the post office as well twice!!! ☹️

mgiles425 @dreamer0824 give the U.S. postal service customer service line a call. Just a warning though, you'll wait an hour to talk to someone. You can always email them too. But I chose to wait on the phone, since i wanted to have a person to talk to. The number is 1-800-275-8777. You can also find their email on Google.

I called the number you provided she gave me a reference number to give them bc package is in the post office that’s what her system in the computer but the name on it is Angelia B. So strange could you have the wrong name on it ?

They said it looks like the package is lost and the woman told me I should file a lost package claim. I emailed poshmark again, because I'm not sure if I should file it or Poshmark should?

I never had to deal with anything like this and I’m upset bc it was a very nice clutch as well. I really don’t think ill find anything as nice and your very honest very hard to trust ppl when buying stuff.

dreamer0824 @mgiles425 they keep on telling the same bs story to my sister that’s it’s on the trunk and the driver will deliver it today he checked it on his truck but it’s not the true I can bet it’s the same excuse they tell ppl when they lose the package to get them to leave the post office. Awful!! My sister was there for an hour. I’m officially done with this.

We called Poshmark I left a message for them to call me but the customer service representative asked who reimburse you ? She said your the one who needs to refund me and I told them you lost your item as well what are they talking about. But in two days she will call me back if I don’t hear back from Poshmark we will file a depute. Never ever am I ordering from them again.

mgiles425 @dreamer0824 the whole situation is horrible. Let me know what happens. If they dont reimburse you and I can get my clutch back, I can give you the money that they reimburse me. The only thing is, that it would only be 80% of what you paid, since Poshmark takes 20%.

We would really be on a roll then, lol. I'm not sure how to change it. But it's ok of you can't, no worries. I'm just glad this whole crazy nightmare is done and everything is good 💕
