bilynus @francescasf Hello Francesca, thanks for the good-humored, I am enjoying my purchases here. I have a problem that I do not know how to solve, buy a pair of shoes that seem to have a manufacturing fault, have the front that covers the fingers 0.6ml shorter than the standard set for size 12.

And this pair of shoes is not the same one that appears in the photo, they have different code numbers, I have communicated with the seller explaining the problem and he does not want to make the return and he suggests me to sell it again here using his photos ... that for me is swindling another person just to solve a problem that comes from him.

bilynus @francescasf .... It does not seem ethical to me and I think he knows about the problem, that's why he uses photos of another pair and not of the same one that he sent me. Please direct me on what path to follow since he has not answered me again after I explained the problem.

francescasf @bilynus 😊my pleasure! hmm that's an interesting predicament.. I've never heard of that lol.. why do you think that? Is the actual shoe being modeled and it's noticeable? I would ask the seller about this.. if you feel uncomfortable, possibly ask for them to both be measured.. hehe I'd love to see the listing

francescasf @bilynus well, i agree with you, it wouldn't be ethical, nor was it ethical! If ever I had a pair of that nature I would state the facts and def have them at a lower price.. that's wonderful that you first contacted the buyer.. but, now, it seems as though you did all you could do and I hate to say it but you should contact poshmark cs and inform them of the situation. They will be more thank happy to help rectify the situation..
