moxi_girl @yesenia417 You're jeans are on their way still, looks like there's a weather delay with the post office, it's not giving an expected delivery date but if I had to guess hopefully by or before wednesday. Hope you understand, the shipping part is out of my hands unfortunately. After I drop off a package it's up to USPS sadly. Thank you so much, I'm here if you need anything. moxi_girl Hello there. I just wanted to touch base with you. You purchased 2 pairs of Bullhead Black jeans from me about a month ago & I just now received your rating. I apologize that you were not 100% satisfied. I've sold about 100 items on 2 different apps & have not had any issues so I really just wanted to reach out and see what I could improve and what the problem was. I know it wasn't a bad rating but anything less that 5 stars is a fail for myself.
