ttlcd Oh my gosh, I just looked up your Meet the Posher and your newer than I am, it’s like the blind leading the blind. Now you just have to tell me what you want to do and then we just work it out from there. There may not be anything we can do 😰😰 We aren’t religious, what do you do with the cross thing, it looks big.

yessjcbo @indie_eve Aww thank you! So what happened was that I made my first sale yesterday and it looks like the buyer no longer wants the item, she’s claiming to be newer than I am and that her purchase was more like a mishap 🤷🏻‍♀️ but her profile has about 40k followers and thousands of shares. She’s a seller as well, with more than 300 listings, I’m not sure what to do in this case.

indie_eve @yessjcbo Hmmm, if she would like to return the item, then that’s her first step. Then Poshmark will reach out to you asking if you were aware of the issues with the item. If you weren’t aware, but you’ll accept the return, then then Poshmark sends a return label to the buyer. Now, I’m not sure if Poshmark charges a return shipping fee and who that goes to. I would check this Poshmark FAQ’s for the info.

ttlcd Hi, oh I feel just awful. You just have to NOT SEND the order,then after 7 days they they will cancel and refund my money that has already been taken out of my account. Yesenia I started in Feb and I’ve worked really hard to have the numbers I do. I’m a Posh Ambassador, that’s the silliest thing I’ve ever heard when I know nothing. It’s just a numbers game. Anyway it’s true it was a total mistake.

ttlcd It’s sort of like sleep walking, I just do something and not remember are you ok with just not sending it. PM will send you reminders every day. I do have to send it in on this side and request a refund “because my order never arrived. I think that’s what I have to do, so far I can’t find out anything that you have to.

ttlcd They may ask you why your not sending out this order & you can just tell them what I’ve told you because it was just a mistake. Are you ok with not send out the cross thing (sorry I can’t remember what it’s called) and canceling the order. I’m so sorry, I remember my first sale and it was exciting, it was after I had opened my closet for just about 4 days. Now I have sold 14 rings but I dont have anything listed for more than $15. its easier to sell something Cheap

ttlcd @yessjcbo I don’t think it will affect your rating, Its not like you were irresponsible and didn’t send it, I asked you not to send it. If anything I think it would just affect me as a irresponsible buyer but I’m not sure, I’ve never done this before and I have bought several things here on PM. I’ve had 2 complaints against me and so it hasn’t affected me and I’ve never even talked to PM. The complaints were against the product, they didn’t like what they bought

ttlcd And I understand that. My jewelry is just Fashion and it’s not that expensive but it’s not meant to last forever. Do you know how big the earrings are. I’m going to take a picture of the earrings with a dime beside the earrings, because I want you to make sure you know everything about the earrings I don’t want you to be disappointed. ttlcd It’s definitely caused me problems..but I do a lot of my sharing from midnight till 6am. It’s kinda like I’m on auto-pilot.. Yessnia I feel so bad I did this to you but I promise you I didn’t know what I was doing. I just sounds so stupid when you look at that statement but I just don’t know how else to say it or another excuse to give, it just is what it is.

ttlcd You I did have to cancel one sale I had cause she changed her mind and wanted to make a bundle. But it was no big deal and I never even heard from PM. I don’t think this will affect you in anyway, it didn’t affect me or show up in my Stats.
