tex307 Hi Yesenia, did you get the Under Armour set you ordered or did you get a hat by accident? Somehow I sent one of my Under Armour sets to the wrong person and trying to get it straightened out. Thank you.

tex307 @sengarcia1. Hi there, from what I understand, we can request that Poshmark send you a label & the other buyer a label so that you can mail each other the correct packages. If you want a refund instead, I can have the other buyer return the item to me instead of you. Let me know when you check the mail. I apologize for the mix up and any trouble this has caused.

tex307 @sengarcia. I contacted Poshmark support & they should be in touch within the next day or 2 w a resolution. I hvn't had this happen before. I am expecting them to email you a label to send the hat to the correct buyer. I would just ask that you pls tape the box back up, print & attach the new label, & drop the box off @ USPS. The other buyer has said that they are mailing the UA set today. I'm not sure if they are mailing it back to me or directly to you. I will keep you updated.

tex307 @sengarcia1 Hi Yesenia- Just received an email from Poshmark today saying that they sent both you and the other buyer labels so that you can ship the correct items to each other. Let me know if you have further trouble. Poshmark takes a while to respond to problems, but hopefully it will go smooth from here on out. I will be more careful in the future. I am sorry for this happening and hope you have pleasant experiences here on Poshmark from here on out!
