designerkate I would like 2 try & prevent any overally abundant displeasure & horrifically bad rating in the future. I must admit, I'm extremely perplexed by the negative rating reasons that were listed? Just so I know going forward, what do you feel was, Specifically, wrong with the item description? I'm also a bit confused with the feedback option referencing "Cleanliness"?

designerkate Rating is everything on Poshmark & receiving a 1 Star Rating is excruciating bad & definitely not common, & reserved for items that have detrimental damage or something has gone terribly wrong with the order. In addition, usally when something is rated a 1🌟 the customer opts to not accept the purchase ( u chose to keep dress). I pride myself of selling great merchandise & am really kinda bummed out that u feel otherwise.

acooper1024 Hi Yessel, I am so sorry that my dress didn’t meet your standards and I apologize if you feel like the description did not meet what the dress actually looked like. I did dry clean this dress after each wear. I do take negative reviews heavily. Please let me know if you have any feedback.
