guinnnevere @lovelyvette1014 Yevette, the chain on the heart pendant you just bought came from the same seller as the one that came with the key pendant. So I suspect it isn’t sterling silver either. (I had actually already changed “sterling silver” to “silver-tone” in the listing, but it looks like I forgot to change it in the title.) Knowing that, do you still want the heart pendant? Or would you rather I cancel that purchase and you can look for something else?

I went on poshmark to find out what the problem was and I saw where they claimed to have delivered but had no safe options, to leave the package not true we have a office where packages can be left. Also I’ve put in two requests with the postal office only to receive no redelivery. Poshmark is where I discovered there’s a problem. I’m trying to work it out. Sorry
