normsnay12 Hi, I bought from you the two white faux fur coats, first one (long) last year was beautiful white and soft but this short one is yellow, very stiff and not new. I need to return this. I live part time in the Us part time out so I just came back home and opened the package. Poshmark return window is closed, we have to solve this or I can claim with PayP. Let me know how you prefer to do the return.

lucyluo28 @normsnay12 Hi, I’m sorry you don’t like the coat. As you know there are all different kinds of white for clothes for any brand. This coat is certainly not the same white as the long version you bought last year. They are totally different designs in length, color and quality. This is New Without Tag. If YOU would like to pay the shipment, I agree to take it back and return the money to you. I believe Poshmark needs to get involved to the process.

The pictures you posted of the models wearing the coats are exactly the same model and the same white, the only thing that changes is the length in the pictures. So it is not as described
