steveellis3 Hi Yineyh, I accidentally sent you Size 11 YUNG-96s yesterday . I have your size 9.5 right here. I’m sorry this happened. If you could do me a favor please and let me know when you get them. Please open the box and verify they are size 11 . I can then send yours out tomorrow and you will have them overnight mail on This Tuesday. Someone else bought the Size 11s. Poshmark will probably email You a shipping label for the size 11 to send back to me or to the buyer of them.

steveellis3 After you receive your order of the 9.5s Please print the label, tape the box up, and also tape the pre-paid new label over the old label and give itvyour mail carrier or drop it off at the post office please.

I had 10 orders to get out on Saturday and I placed the wrong size Maroon yung-96 in your box . I didn’t have time to mail his order and didn’t realize until today that his size 11 was sent to you. steveellis3 @yinneth_15 with Poshmark because they are the ones that will be able to send the labels . Go to problems/inquiry and open a case. Tell them you received the wrong item a size 11 instead 9.5. I’ve written them also . That way I can get a label so I can send u the 9.5s

steveellis3 @yinneth_15 we just need 2 shipping labels . One emailed to me , so I can mail your correct size. And one emailed to you , to send the 11s to the other buyer. I’ll try them again. I’m really sorry , thank you for patience. I’ve only had a couple of mistakes in 480 sales . But this is one to fix. If they send me a label before 4:00 pm I can get your new shoes to you tomorrow. It’s 1 day priority from Palm Springs to OC

yinneth_15 @steveellis3 look i wrote to Poshmark and they replied that they cannot make a refund, so it would be easier for you to send me the shoes and the address where you want me to send the size 11 shoes, it will be more easily for our side

yinneth_15 @steveellis3 Look with me there is no problem, let us leave it to poshmark because they are not going to give a solution, send me the address of the boy who bought the size 11 shoes and cough them on my own, so I have to pay the shipping, and then you send me my shoes size 9.5 on your own and so we were passed since poshmark did not provide a solution to anything

steveellis3 @yinneth_15 I had to explain everything to them. I think we will get the labels soon. Sometime today. To satisfy Poshmark i can’t just have send them or give them to the other buyer. Poshmark has Tracking system and I have to mail those 11s to him. Once the P.O. scans they’ve been delivered and he accepts then i get paid also .

Unfortunately, Poshmark does not currently support exchanges. You are more than welcome to re purchase the correct item from the seller's closet, they will just need to create a new listing for you. You may reach out to the seller in the comment section of the listing and ask that they repost the item.
