Hello, I'm sorry the purse wasn't as expected. All returns must be processed through poshmark and since you have accepted and rated I believe it is ineligible for return although you are welcome to contact them and see what they say. A widely reccomended method for removing odor is use inexpensive vodka in a spray bottle and leave item outside in bright sun and fresh air for a few hours. I hope this helps!
