Hello! I'm sorry the post office has delayed the shipment of your pinafore dress. This afternoon I contacted the post office to inquire about the status of your item, since there has been no update since Aug 30th. I have not received a response yet, but if you look at the tracking info you can see a research case has been opened, to obtain more info. If I hear back from them directly, I will keep you updated.
