@tinadurand Good Morning Tina. I was very surprised myself when I saw the scratches. Based on the feedback on your profile, you are known to accurately describe the item. I’m wondering if this happened during the authentication process. My intention was to create awareness so this doesn’t happen again. I have the pictures if needed. @yzma75 I look over everything closely and I didn’t see anything on that bag. I packed it perfectly with lots of padding. Maybe it did happen in transit. I know they put it through atho much faster than my other items. Enjoy it’s lovely. Keep an eye on my closet I post high end frequently. I like to change out bags quickly.
