@nicolewood472 Thanks! I received an email with a shipping label to send back the pants. Is it okay if i keep the green pair and only send back the other pair? I do not need a refund as i paid the correct amount for the original pairs.

@yb05 Good morning Yona 😊 yes that’s fine I assumed you would only be sending the one pair back. As far as a refund my guess is PM has already processed it. I still haven’t gotten a shipping label to send you the correct pants so I will contact PM Support and clarify the details of what’s going on 😊

@yb05 Good Evening Yona 😊 PM Customer Support has informed me that they don’t do exchanges (I didn’t know that) so they are suggesting that you send the wrong pants back, and you will automatically receive a refund and then you have the option to re-buy the pants you should have gotten in the first place. I will give you free shipping because this situation was created by my mistake

@yb05 Good Afternoon Yona 😊 this is to confirm that I received the package today and I let PM Customer Support know that I have it. So now my understanding is you will receive a full refund for both pairs of pants at which time I send you a new offer, minus the shipping, and then I’ll receive a shipping label to send you the correct pair 😊
