@twmeow I'm sorry you're unhappy, that sweater has no Graphic print on it , therefore there would be no "piling" IT IS sewn on material and the style it is sewn on (which is pictured) is simple the actual design of the sweater. It was definitely bought that way :) I will gladly take it back

@kmgarm I understand the designed on graphic but there are lots of hair balls around the body area except the hoodie part. Are you sure this is new condition? If yes, I will contact to the customer service to cancel the problem request.

@twmeow I can assure you that I have never worn that hoodie out. It had been gifted brand new & I simply tried it on and it did not fit me properly so I kept it in my closet for 2 years - untouched. Again I apologize for the hair I will note that and take caution on future sales!
