yuko529jp @keepchic whoever the person told you the bag is not authentic, they are wrong because I bought it straight from Gucci.com and I have order confirmation but unfortunately it’s back in 2009 so won’t show the picture. It’s purchased on 12/08 under order #13296134. Gucci does not sell fake bag.

yuko529jp @keepchic also, I sold another bag that I bought together with your bag got authenticated (the other resale site). Please know that your bag is from Gucci. Not from resale or 3rd party, and I am the first owner bought from Gucci. The true authentic bag!

yuko529jp @keepchic I didn’t see the date the message posted. I just saw the message. I bought it from Gucci.com and I am a customer who has been purchasing from Gucci (web and store) and have name in their client list. My intention is not to bring this back to argue, I just didn’t see the date of your message. However, I can’t ignore if someone leave a message saying “it was not authentic” when I am promising all my buyers what I sell here are authentic.

yuko529jp @keepchic Plus, I bought from Gucci.com but you are saying it is replica does not make any sense to me at all. I got 3 bags together with your bag. One was sold it to you, another one was sold on other site which it got authenticated and the last one is with me and I repaired zipper at Gucci store in Chicago. Gucci does not repair replica. I would recommend you to return to other associate and tell this is from 2009.

yuko529jp Even though you didn’t report to Posh, once you have left the message to me on public I have responsibility to explain plus I am very upset that the bag was evaluated as Replica from Gucci associate when I bought straight from Gucci website What is the point of paying so much money and buying straight from Gucci if 12 years later some associate (could be new person) tells “replica”? That means Gucci can’t guarantee authenticity of their own products? So wrong.

yuko529jp I am not mad at you, I am mad at the associate who told you it is replica. This is not a cheap purse. I spent a lot of money for this purse and bought straight from Gucci so that I can own authentic. Sorry for the long message and didn’t even realized you messaged me long time ago. Just so shocked and lost trust in Gucci.

yuko529jp For those who is reading my comments, I am a responsible seller only sells authentic items here. Usually, luxury brand sales associates are not trained to provide authentication for items customer brought into the store. All my item selling here are all authentic from boutique, official website or department store (Nordstrom, Norman Marcus or Saks), and some comes with copy of receipt. All item went to Posh authentication never failed.
