If you had problem with it, you should have went through Poshmark and dispute, but since I recorded it with photo in the listing, I doubt Poshmark will be favorable to your claim. I didn’t do anything to deserve 1 star review. Maybe next time you need to check all the photos before purchasing.

rougebird @erikaleebee hi. Sorry, that is the first notice I have received via email. The money has left my account on the day of the purchase. And the bag delivered to our house (not left at the post office). I was not aware that USPS has marked it held up at the post office, not did I get the messages from poshmark or know that they did not send the payment to you. I will see if I can release them on my side somehow. My apologies for inconvenience.
