aw_215 Hello - I contacted Poshmark because the item was not delivered. My kids were home by 4pm and we did not get a delivery to our front door. I’m not sure what the next step is? I’m waiting for Poshmark to respond

yulee_g @aw_215 ah that sucks! That happened to me on my first ever Poshmark order. The item was lost. I contacted Poshmark and they investigated and eventually reimbursed me (in Poshmark credits).
