kenzo2kenzo Hi MJ, I have no knowledge what smell you are referring to. We are a smoke-free home. The dress have not being washed or altered in any way. It was kept in the original packaging and was sent beck in the original packaging. It had no noticible smell or stains when I packaged the dress to go back. I don't see any way it could acquire strong smell or stains that you describe while in my possession. I firmly believe I had no contribution to this issue. Thanks for reaching out and good luck.
