Hey, I am in a dispute with a customer that sent a pair back that had debris in the bottom of the soles which shows she wore the boots. Poshmark is trying to say I could have sent them that way. Now I am out $116 because she wore them and broke the zipper.

@hubby1234 you can reposh as well. Create a listing and list them for sale. You can send them back to me too. I think you are still within the 3 day window. Go to you’re purchases open the boots purchase and click “ open case” state the reason , I will get notified and I will approve the reason. Poshmark will send you a return label and posh pays for return shipping not you. Once I receive it, you will be refunded. You only have 3 days from delivery now so decide.
