I received the bag 5 days ago.This is my first buy and did not know how it works, so the delay of couple of days. Your listing is incorrect. It is not a crossbody bag with the option to wear it sideways but a tote.The color, measurement and the condition is as described but the product is not what was listed.I have uploaded a picture of what exactly the “ Alter Napa logo crossbody” bag looks like. What I received is “ Alter east-west perforated tote bag”.
