jollysecret Hi Yuvia, I already contacted Poshmark regarding to sending you the wrong pants. They should have reach out to you and let you know about the issue. They will send you a label so that you send me back the wrong pants and I’ll send you the correct pants once I get the label from them. I’m very very sorry for the mishap. Please make sure check your email for further assistant from Poshmark.

jollysecret @raincruise there is a way to do this and we have to follow Poshmark rule. I’m sorry for the mishap, I really never want this happen. I could reach out to Poshmark again and have them refund your money, but they will ask you to send the wrong pants back. Until then they will process the refund the total amount. I’m very sorry I don’t make these rule. I could re-list the pant and sale you for 10 dollars if you still interested.

jollysecret @raincruise ok I just send Poshmark support. They will send you an email how to resolve the issue. They usually send you a label so that you can send the pants back to me, again, this is their rule and we have to follow. you will get full refund for the item. I could list the pants again and sale for 10 instead of 17. This is the best I could do. I’m very very sorry.

jollysecret @raincruise thank you for your understanding! Please check your email if you get an email from Poshmark. They send you the label, you just put the pants back to the box, stitch the label on and drop it at the box office. Or you can give it to your mail man. Once I receive the pants, I’ll accept the item back. Poshmark will refund you fully. Then I’ll tag you the pants you want for 10 and you just purchase it from there.

With this, I can’t re-list the pants as 10 dollars for you since I think you already accepted the order and graded the purchase too. I’m very sorry how they decided to solve it this way.
