pcotton617 Yvette, I'm so sorry this never happened before I was packing your order and i realized the dress had a zipper problem even being new, I contact the store I bought it and they gonna replace it, but will take 1 week that's why I cancel the order. I'm really really sorry, if you still interested in the vans please let me know, again I'm really sorry
