@laurland Hi! I just want you to know that I discovered how I made the mistake on your Boots, since I just listed another pair. On the Dr Marten Chart, an EU 39 is a size 8. On the Poshmark Chart, a 39 is a size 9, which I went by. Thanks!

@donoe8 It won’t take that long. I cancelled an order on July 8th. It said the processed the refund and to allow 10-14 days for it to show on my credit card statement. I just looked at my account online and they posted the credit the same day. Check your account tomorrow.

@ebonydiane Hi!, unfortunately, Poshmark doesn’t approve returns for fit. You are allowed three days to examine the proud after delivery. Your acceptance, indicated that you were fine with the shoes. The size, as shown, was a 8 1/2 M. I would have indicated if it was a Narrow or a wide. You are always welcome to resell them on the site. Please feel free to contact Posmark if you need any additional information or would like to discuss further.

This is my second time ordering from postmark, and the first time I received the incorrect size. This package was delivered to my home on Friday afternoon and I was not home over the weekend returning yesterday after work. I never accepted or responded to an exam of shoes because I opened it when I sent you a text. I will email postmark. I did not know there were no returns policy..I am not satisfied with my serve. @bernadinefaber Hey! My daughter’s birthday is this weekend so she’ll be receiving your sunglasses. We’ll be leaving for Athens Greece to board a cruise to Malta. Sicily, Mykonos and Santorini. May 5th. Hope you’ve been well. Haven’t been on any shows consistently because I’ve been pretty busy.
