My mom was in town helping me last week and she must’ve packed the wrong PANTS 😱 If you want to return it I totally understand & It WAS an honest mistake but I should’ve checked everything MYSELF 🤯😑🙏🏻❤️ Can I give you a credit to use towards any other items in my Closet? That would make me feel so much better & THANK You so much for tolerating it! I moved recently so I’m not yet as organized as I NEED to be🙄

beauparillo @mulljackson It doesn’t work that way. You need to tell POSHMARK & they send a return label &refund you. If you send it here they won’t know you need a refund. Again, I’m TRULY sorry for my mistake & I completely understand you’d like to return, it just needs to go through POSHMARK, not ME I totally apologize for the inconvenience and if you could PLEASE accept my apologies I would greatly appreciate it. HAPPY customers is WHY I do business & well except this time😣

beauparillo Yvette, it’s Kelly. (Cream pants & Blazer).I don’t know what else I can do to fix my mistake. I’m VERY sorry AGAIN. I haven’t ever gotten 1 Star & zero is better than 1 please. I obviously can’t do this over correctly or I WOULD. I ONCE put the wrong shipping label on 2 boxes and they both got sent each other’s orders. I WONT do THAT again but it was an HONEST Mistake. The 2 women were luckily very understanding! If there’s anything else I can do I will 😣🤯🙏🏻Kelly
