Hi there! Please forgive me I'm new to this site and I'm still learning it. I love your closet! However, I recieved the skirt in the mail today. It had what looks like a small mark of chewing gum. Or something that I'm not willing to try and touch. I'm afraid if I do. That it may ruin it further. So since I'm new here. Do I just send the skirt back to you? Thanks so much forcresponding back. 🌹

Oh no! I never saw a stain or I wouldn't have sent it. But in the section where you accept there's a sections that says problems/order inquiry. Something like that. And you can request to return it and you have to submit pictures. Then Posh will approve and have you send item back. Also, in order for people to see your messages use the @ sign and then their name. ;) if you have anymore questions don't hesitate to ask. :)

I actually got an email saying they did respond. Have you checked your email? They said they refunded your money but you can keep the skirt as well.

No problem. You can also look under your balance and they should have refunded your money. But usually you receive a notification through Posh as well.

Actually I'm not sure if it goes back to your Posh balance or to the form of payment you paid with. But I would just check your email first and go from there.
