dablondy I am so sorry about the mix up at the post office! I e mailed poshmark and they said I can use a Flat RateBox and I didn't need a special label. I have received something in that box and I didn't have to pay extra! I will reach out to customer service and see if I can get it resolved. Again I am So sorry!!!!

dablondy Hi Yvonne, I contacted Poshmark customer service and I received a reply today. Evidently the post office I send packages from isn't aware of the boxes that we are permitted to use. It changed Dec.1. Poshmark said for you to contact them to straighten the matter out. I hope you can get it resolved through them.
