Not sure why a case has been opened regarding the dress you bought, I have always prided myself on customer satisfaction and would have gladly worked with you to ensure you were happy. I do not appreciate not even having an opportunity to ensure your happiness

@bundle90 I would be happy to work with you but first please close case opened as I have worked VERY hard to be a preferred seller and would not want a $10 item to ruin that, I'm sure you understand. I will be happy to issue you a refund or allow a credit for another item in my closet. I obviously had no idea the dress had a stain because I would never EVER sell it without full disclosure so I apologize for my oversight. Please let me know how you wish to proceed.

@bundle90 ok, I emailed them and also researched the refund process and it might have to be done through a case, I'm waiting on an answer. If they do contact you please make sure they know I have contacted you in an effort to make sure you're satisfied! Thanks so much, and like I said, if it's too much red tape to get refund through our accounts I can always mail you a money order...I don't mind at all, I just want you to be happy!

Hello Yvonne, I'm lost for words :( I was just going through my closet and realized you had bought some shoes I had listed back in July. However, as I was going through my items, I noticed the shoes are here. I then went back to the details of the sale and noticed you asked why I cancelled the order.
I don't remember much of the transaction, except that back in July I was very busy traveling back and forth out of town due to my brother's illness. He ended up passing on 08/01/21.
