@ykesner The address you had listed was not the same on you have here. You need to contact Poshmark and request an address change I can’t change your address on the label. You had it sent to Marshfield, MA 02050.

Hi Yvonne it’s me again. I just got an email from USPS and the wrong package I sent you was delivered to you today . Fill a case with Poshmark so we can get you a free return mailing label and when I get that wrong package back I will mail yours. Truly so very sorry for This mess.

Disregard the message above. The package USPS tracking says it will be coming back to me as the first USPS email stated. I should receive it Saturday by their calculations. Contact Poshmark for an address change, so a new mailing label can be done and your order can be reshipped correctly . Thanks again. Bev

I don’t completely understand the wording of the USPS tracking emails, I part looks like it was sent back then another look like it was delivered to you on Sept 1st. @ykesner Thank you for filing the case for return. As I stated to you for the last few days I did sent the wrong item and I apologize for this. Poshmark has sent you a return label, when I receive the incorrect item your strap will be sent to you immediately. Please make sure your address is correct. Thank you and again I’m sorry for making such a terrible mistake.

@ykesner sweetheart I would love to mail it myself using that address but I can not you need to change your address in your profile so Poshmark can regenerate a new address label. Soon as I get the ring I will contact you immediately and relist the strap so you can purchase it again. When the case was approved you will not be charged for previous order.
