citishop I did not receive an email from Poshmark for return instructions and shipping label, but I spotted a link for shipping label under our communication for the defective item I received. I have it printed out now. Could you let me know how to return this then? What do I do? As said, I have never before processed a return for any of my Poshmark purchases, and this is the first time; so, I do not know exactly know what to do. Could you enlighten me on this?

citishop @yvonneyim Okay. Will wait. Actually a replacement, like we agreed about, would be easier to fulfill since seller is willing anyways. Besides the fact that I have to now do a return process, meaning leave the house to mail the item, pray that item reaches seller in the midst of courier issues during the pandemic, I also have to wait till my money is reimbursed back into my account IF and when the item is received by seller. This is rather placing the burden on the buyer.

citishop I just received an email from Poshmark just telling me I have to return the item as they do not yet support a replacement in their system. There is no specific instruction as to how exactly I do the return, but I guess I just have to paste the shipping label on a box for the item and then drop it off to the courier (I see USPS tracking 9405511202061303257257). I'll see if I could do this later today, but if not, then tomorrow.

yvonneyim @citishop I had written to you to mail you the replacement but Poshmark blocked my attempts saying I need to follow their guidelines. Sorry for my error.

citishop @yvonneyim Yes. That's why am more frustrated about how this was dealt by Poshmark, since obviously they should be able to have seen our thread on the report for defective item. Anyway, I got the bag packed and ready to be mailed now. Will have the time to do the mailing tomorrow.

vdepall hey Yvonne. I'm letting you know that I'm so sorry but I can not mail the bag out untill monday. I unfortunately came to Orlando for a music festival and left the package on my kitchen counter. I will make sure to include something extra in there for the trouble. again I'm sorry. usually I mail out same day or next say but the post office was closed yesterday due to veterans day and it slipped my mind today. again sorry for the trouble and I will do it first thing Monday morning
