Hello! I am not completely sure so I did not want to write in the listing the entire charm was made by Lampl. It certainly appears so to me, but I cannot be certain since makers did not always use hallmarks on special requests or predated pieces.I think it may have been on the bale and it was changed or worn out and had to be replaced.
