zlightful @lisagwilliams hi Lisa, your dog is really cute too. The boot measures 10 5/8 inches Which is just a hair over 10 1/2 inches. In regards to the price I just lowered it a few days ago from 120.00 and I’ve been getting a lot of interest on it so I’m not sure what to do, although I might have a little room🤗👢
