jmoney8228 I have a question about a seller i had sold some leggings back in the first part of January she accepted and rated 5 stars now she is writing in my email saying she is not happy with her purchase and wants a refund. I did not see these emails until recently what should I do? I want to be able to please my buyers but she has already accepted her purchase?

zgradina @jmoney8228 Hi there👋🏼 Sorry you’re having an issue. We all want to try to please our customers, however there are Poshmark rules that are in place in these situations. And rules are once the buyer accepts their purchase then everything’s settled. So maybe it’s best that you refer her to Poshmark. She can email them and have them settle this. You did your part. There is nothing else you can do. If she keeps harassing you then just block her. I hope this helps you.
