@missxia Hello. I see the return was approved for all 5 products in the bundle, so that is good for you, and I’m fine with that outcome. However, I know you said the other 3 products were fine, so I’m assuming you opened them. You can go ahead and return all 5 products. However, if you would still like to keep the 3 products that were fine, I have another option.

@missxia If you are willing and still able to accept the entire order through Poshmark, I will send you the full refund for the 2 products. I will send the refund prior to your order acceptance, so you have no reason not to trust me. Anyway, it’s just an idea, and I’m not even sure if accepting the order is still an option for you. Either way, I’m sorry about the issue.
