Hats should always be put in a box! Especially New Era 5950. Otherwise they get crushed and form a crease on the front panels that you can’t get out. Absolutely ridiculous you would ridicule a consumer who actually has a clue. Total lack of respect for the product and the consumer. Not sorry you got butt hurt because of your lack of professionalism. Figure it out!
