jayceon22 The bridge was not cracked when we shipped it out as seen in our photos. Post office handling must have caused that but Ok sorry for the inconvenience. A message to me about it though could have been better and we could have sent you another frame free of charge instead of 2 stars with a negative comment. Lesson Learned on our end. Thanks Again
