kfab333 The items sect from vendor either are tagged or sect on hangers - for presentation purposes- I remove the hangers and wrap in tissue paper with a gift taped to each item on the outside- we can contact the vendor to verify this is how they were presented

kfab333 @zelbunny the items sent from vendor either arrive hanging with a plastic hanger or folded and tagged - for presentation purposes- I remove the hangers and wrap all items in colored tissue with a free gift on each item - I can verify this is how they are mailed from the vendor .

zelbunny @kfab333 I was worried I didn't hear from u..im sorry I didn't realize I had to tag u in the comment for u to see it..i will gladly return the top for a replacement..,I also told postmark that this waz out of character as I have ordered alot of things from u and loved them all...i was so disappointed.. :0(.. I mean it's covered in hair...cat or dog and I couldnt believe it was wrapped in the tissue paper with all that on it...anyway..i would love to send it back if thats ok...thanks Z

kfab333 @zelbunny of course- I am truly monumentally sorry- I had to have help after procedure and before I had started moving the stockroom- with complete transparency- the only thing I can imagine is that it fell behind the piece of furniture- shelving unit and the temp put it back to ship - I hope you can forgive me - I do not take this lightly/ they will have you ship the order back - I don't believe they separate
