lmsaugie @zhoe_granger it is new from having purchased it off the shelf. Perhaps it has settled during shipping? Maybe weigh it? Happy to take it back and refund your money if you contact Poshmark. I’m a proud 5 star seller and posh ambassador and don’t want anyone to have a less than perfect shopping experience with me. All of my hair/cosmetic products have never been opened by me.
