zia_bismilla Once you have received your order #62198fa8ed2f3f866f5027a6 and confirmed that the incorrect order was sent to you, please open an Item Not as Described case by going to Order Page → Problems Order Inquiry → Item Not as Described → Received Wrong Item. pt550 @zia_bismilla i called canada post per the package you said you returned cause it wasnt your order. Canafa Post informed me that you did not return the package to canada post. I did not receive it back via canada post. If you kept it just pls tell me and i can contact the other customer and refind her money. if you can return all the clothes in box, i know its a far reach but it would be appreciated.
