christy_mallory Hi Zoe, its been 5 days since I accepted your offer and you still haven't shipped the sweater or even contacted me to tell me something has come up, which happens and I would understand but you aren't communicating so I'm going to assume that I should cancel my order. If I don't hear back from you by tonight I'll take that as it's ok if I submit a request to get my refund. I hope you're ok hun.

spyhousefly @christy_mallory Hi! I’m so sorry! We have been having a shipping strike here in Canada, and I didn’t realize the items hadn’t gone out. I am collecting everything from Canada Post on Monday and will send via FedEx. Seriously, my apologies !! I had no idea.
