taraellen22 Hi Zoe! I am very sorry about the condition of the sweater. I had no idea!!! I would really like you to keep the sweater if you would like. When the case is reviewed in your favor you could attach the shipping label to an envelope so that it looks like it was returned. Is that something you would be interested in? Thanks, Tara

taraellen22 @flowers4zoe I commented on the case and said I would gladly accept the sweater. I am shocked at how long it is taking. I added the comment because I got nervous they would not reimburse you. If you want to keep the sweater and just send the return label on an envelope that is fine with me.
